6 drops of jasmine essential oil
6 drops of sage essential oil
60 ml apricot kernel oil
Add the essential oils, then add the carrier medium.
Invert the bottle to gently mix the oils.
Rub the back of your hand.

10 drops of lemon essential oil
15 drops of bay essential oil
15 drops of black pepper essential oil
Pour the essential oils into the bottle and gently swirl until mixed.
Add 5-10 drops to the diffuser, 10-15 drops when used in a nebulizer.
