It’s an easy way to relax using essential oils. Add the oil into the bath, mix the water well and lie down into the bathtub for about 20 minutes. Aromatic oil penetrates the skin of the body, which will have a lasting positive impact. Just add a few drops to the tub.
Essential oils can also be added into the foot bath or spa. The oil must be sufficiently mixed in water, because aromatic oils are not water-soluble.
After adding 2 to 3 drops into the foot bath with warm water, you can treat your feet with the aromatic bath. It is a very refreshing experience after a hard day at work, during which you will give your feet, in addition to cleansing, also well-deserved relaxation.
If you are not in the mood or time for a bath, you can drip 2 drops on a damp cloth and rub the whole body, especially the strained and tired parts.
For local cleaning, it is recommended to drip 2-5 drops of essential oil into a container with warm water, soak a washcloth in it and rub the affected area.
